Interesting Links
We hope that you may find some of the following links useful. The first three relate to the world of accountancy and tax, but the rest are rather more interesting. Some are links to businesses for whom we act; others are simply listed here because we have been impressed by the products or services that they provide, and in particular, the manner in which they provide them. We like to help to promote those businesses that, like us, also offer an exceptional quality product or service, and which go out of their way to provide great customer service.
Most of these links relate to local businesses, because we firmly believe in championing local enterprise.

This is a new cafe serving light snacks and main meals. They source their produce locally, cook their meals from fresh ingredients and serve the best coffee in Hereford. The staff are passionate about what they do, and the welcome is genuinely friendly. The most amazing thing is that such quality is available at such reasonable prices. Located on Bridge Street, just before the Old Bridge. Check out some of the reviews they’ve had on Tripadvisor – it says it all. (Tel. 01432 269499)
Bartrums is a fantastic new stationers, located in Hay-on-Wye (opposite Booths Bookshop). It offers a wonderful selection of quality stationery. Many items are quirky and unusual, and not the sort of thing you would normally find on the High Street. Downstairs is an old-fashioned pen emporium, stocked with a very impressive range of modern fountain pens and rollerballs; there is something to suit all tastes and pockets. This is the perfect place to browse for gifts. Local businesses should note that Bartrums also offers trade accounts at very competitive prices.
This business is run by a woman who has many years of experience altering clothing professionally, for one of the most reputable clothing retailers in Hereford. Now working for herself, she offers a complete alteration service, and the results are so good, you would never know the clothes had been altered. The prices are very reasonable, and the turnaround times are very quick. You need never put up with ill-fitting clothing again.
A truly different cinema-going experience. The Regal opened in January 2012 after a £2m refurbishment, and has been lovingly restored in a beautiful Art Deco style. You can eat and drink at tables whilst watching a film, or sit in traditional luxury seats, sofas, love seats made for two, or in one of two ‘Royal boxes’. Additional refreshments can also be ordered during the film. Oh yes, and the cinema also has what is arguably the best cafe in town, which is open to the public most days. Located on Port Street, just over the bridge as you head East out of the city centre. (Tel. 01386 421007)
